Trompe Santorini Day 6 - Stone and sky | Jacqueline Hill Prestige Art Collection

When I got all set up ready to start today I discovered this little cutie lying in my way. How is a person supposed to get any work done with this little cutie tempting me for belly cuddles all day? 

Today I finished the sky colour and started painting the first layer of stone colour.

The client decided to extend the stone work up over the ceiling at the top right, which we decided would give a look as if there is a huge old stone column running through the floors of this building and the modern apartment has been built around it. So I made like Michelangelo on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel and started painting up over my head! My first ever ceiling painting!
