Trompe Alhambra Day 25 - Stone Steps and Column | Jacqueline Hill Prestige Art Collection
Today I spent a lot of time lying down on the job. I was painting the stone blocks along the lower edge – like a step, and also up the next column, behind the shower rail.

But the stone on this latest column actually hides the shower rail a fair bit – that is really cool. It looks much better now the shower’s mounted on a stone column instead of a big white wall.

Here’s what it looked like at the end of the day:

I had 3 visitors to the work site today: Jordan the pool design dude, Daniel the gutter guard guy, and big Dave the electrician. They all wanted a chat but I kept on painting while I talked with them. I’ve got a lot of blocks to paint!
